One element that is so often overlooked in a small business is itsidentity. Identity design is more than just a logo. Your idenity should be something that uniquely identifies your business. This includes colors, fonts, and styles.

I belive that a logo shouldn't look like something the average computer user can create themselves with Word, Publisher, and WordArt. Your customers need to know that you're the expert, so get ahead of the game by looking like it!

When creating a logo, I always make sure it is:
    - Easily identifiable and memorable
    - Effective with or without color
    - Scalable
    - Conveys the company’s personality, character or attitude
    - Relates to your clients by conveying a feeling of familiarity 
       and credibility
    - Has association with quality and satisfaction
